Launch of Women on Wheels Program

To commemorate the International Women's Day celebrations, the Punjab SDGs Unit launched the Women on Wheels (WoW) program in Lahore which provides free motorcycle training to women and girls. This initiative aims to empower women and girls by helping them overcome mobility constraints and reclaim their autonomy as well as public spaces. The program also provides road safety training & licenses and aims to match trained girls with employers & decent work opportunities.
