Consultative Session with Regional Stakeholders at P&DD, South Punjab

The Punjab SDGs Unit held a consultative session chaired by Secretary P&DD South, Mr. Aftab Ahmad Pirzada, and attended by the departmental Secretaries at Planning & Development Department, South Punjab. The consultation aimed to solicit feedback on the two reports developed by Punjab SDGs Unit, including Socioeconomic Baseline Profile and District SDGs Localization Plans. The participants deliberated on the key highlights of the reports entailing regional disparities, district localization plans for Multan, Bahawalpur, and Rahim Yar Khan, and policy recommendations and urged strengthening institutional structures & targeted resource allocation for inclusive development across Punjab.
