Provincial Consultation Session on UNDP's Gender Equality Portfolio Development

After Balochistan and Sindh, the Punjab SDGs Unit hosted UNDP Pakistan's 3rd Portfolio Initiation Framework Consultation on Gender with Provincial stakeholders to unpack challenges and obstacles and identify the emerging opportunities to reduce gender inequality and empower women. Deputy Resident Representative, UNDP Pakistan, Ms. Aliona Niculita, Ombudsperson, Government of Punjab, Ms. Nabila Khan, Chief Economist, P&DB, Government of Punjab, Mr. Ali Bahadur Qazi and & representatives from the Private sector, civil society, academia, and media provided insights on aligning Gender with UNDP programming.
