The Punjab SDGs Unit is developing a research study on 'Urban Minority Neighborhoods & Socio-economic Profiling of its Residents.' This research study conducts a socio-economic analysis of minority groups in Lahore to identify the reasons for structural and infrastructural inequalities faced by the minorities and proposes policy recommendations to support the Government of Punjab in achieving inclusive & equitable development at the provincial level.
The Punjab SDGs Unit held a Policy Dialogue with provincial stakeholders to discuss the findings of this research study. The recommendations and feedback from this Policy Dialogue will help devise the final study and policy guidelines for inclusive development aligned with Agenda 2030 to leave no one behind in Punjab.
